Wedding
For our wedding, I couldn't have asked for a better DJ/emcee than Leon (or Leeclaybang, whatever the preference is brandwise). He met with me beforehand to get an understanding of the energy we wanted and he absolutely nailed it. From the wedding to the reception, the stage and energy was set for the moment. There's a difference between just playing songs and curating the vibes. He's an expert curator. Go with the curator if you want a special experience.

My husband and I both come from musical backgrounds, and admittedly are pretty boojie when it comes to DJ’s and music selection. After a number of interviews with subpar DJ’s, we received a referral for Leon from our planner. He was hands down the best DJ in terms of musicality and talent, and as a businessman he was everything we needed to make our wedding day pop! Leon was so wonderful about communicating with us, being flexible and accommodating for our diverse music tastes, amazingly skillful at crafting our ridiculous wedding dance montage song, and phenomenal at keeping our wedding guests on the dance floor the ENTIRE night! We could not have asked for a better artist for the job, and are so grateful for him coming into our lives to help make our wedding one for the books (as our guests have told us)! Thank you so much for everything Leon! Our day would not have been the same without you there!

Leeclaybang is not only a great DJ and MC, but very professional and easy to work with- not always the case when hiring a DJ. Lee totally understood our crowd and the appropriate types of music to play, and when to "turn things up" for people to dance. DJ Leeclaybang worked with our company 2U, for our Black Engagement Network (BNet) events. Our team met with him on several occasions to discuss our vision and he helped curate a musical vibe and experience for our BNet Jam session, Freedom Fest, and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Tribute events. DJ Leeclaybang took the time to do historical research about Black History to ensure that his musical selections were appropriate for the HBCU Tribute event. During one of our meetings he even gave us some music samples of what he was going to play to ensure that this aligned with our vision. The events were phenomenal, and he has become a staple for many of our events that require a professional DJ.

Wedding
Leon was the perfect DJ for our wedding. He took the time to meet with us via Skype on multiple occasions to gather information in order to create the right vibe for our wedding, as well as help make sure things ran smoothly. We weren't quite sure how this process typically goes, as neither of us have experience planning events with DJs before. Leon was prepared with very specific questions to guide us through the process and help himself get a feel as to the type of music/vibe we desired. The day turned out amazing, largely in part to Leon. Not only did we love him as a DJ, but we had countless guests approach us to comment on how good he was as well. We highly recommend Leon for any event. He is a caring, thoughtful individual who will go out of his way to create a unique experience for you.

Professional, energetic, and passionate are just a few words to describe DJ Leeclaybang. With the challenge of entertaining Nigerian and Peruvian wedding guests (and if you know any Nigerians or Peruvians, you know its not easy), and a guest list that included over 300 people, DJ Leeclaybang was the only DJ that could get the job done! He mixed a variety of music: Spanish, Hip Hop, R&B, Nigerian, and Peruvian all-night and made sure the dance floor stayed swingin’. One of the great things about Leeclaybang is what he did with limited information about our music

We have had the pleasure of using Leon for two events at our community center. Both times Leon brought the party and created a fun, upbeat and lively atmosphere. He is extremely professional and attentive. He is able to draw-in and engage all ages. We will never even think about having a party or event without Leon!
